Do you love games – computer games, board games, card games? Do you want to know how games work? Join the Upper Valley’s innovative designers from the Tiltfactor laboratory at Dartmouth College on Tuesdays at AVA. Play prototype games and your favorite store-bought games as well. See what works, and what doesn’t in a game, and learn more about the games you like to play. ARTSTOP is grant-supported / free to the participant program for children in grades 5-8.
Tiltfactor staff will be running this Game Appreciation courses on Tuesdays, 2:30 – 5 pm at the AVA Gallery, Lebanon NH (MAP). Tiltfactor is a people-centered lab where researchers and students ask the big, important questions about where our technology is heading, and how we might improve it. Tiltfactor is the place to think about how technology is meaningful, and how it can be designed for a more just, equitable, and innovative society.
ART STOP! runs on Tuesdays from 2:30-5:00pm, beginning again on January 10. Parents are requested to register their children by calling AVA at (603) 448-3117 or by coming with their child on the first day. ART STOP! is supported by a grant from the Couch Family Foundation.
